  • Google Tag Manager (provided by Google LLC)
    • When you are NOT signed in to a Google Account: a unique ID associated with your browser, application, or device
    • When you are signed in to a Google Account: information stored in your Google Account
  • Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC)
    • User ID
    • IP address (Note: GA4 does not log or store IP addresses of EU users)
    • Visited page URL
    • Referrer URL
    • Device type
    • Operating system
    • Browser type
    • Preferred language
    • Screen resolution

2. Purpose of Processing

We use the collected information solely for:

  • Providing, maintaining, and improving our services
  • Measuring performance and effectiveness
  • Delivering customized content and advertising
  • Developing new services

3. Retention Period

We retain information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes above. Data held in Google Analytics is retained for up to 26 months, after which it is automatically deleted.

4. Sharing of Personal Information

  • Service Provider
    • We transfer the above information to Google LLC (USA) as our service provider. Google processes data on our behalf under contractual measures, including the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) required by GDPR.
  • No sale or “sharing”
    • We do NOT sell or “share” (for cross‑context behavioral advertising) any personal information under CCPA definitions.

5. International Data Transfers

Because Google LLC is located in the United States, information may be transferred from Japan (or your country) to the USA. For transfers from the EEA, we rely on SCCs or other appropriate safeguards as required by GDPR.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies set by Google Analytics and Tag Manager to measure usage of our website. You can disable cookies via your browser settings, but some site features may not function properly.

7. GDPR Data Subject Rights

If GDPR applies, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, receive a copy of your data (data portability), and object to processing. Please contact us to exercise these rights.

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

California residents have the rights to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of their sensitive personal information, and to be free from discrimination. As we do not sell or share personal information, the right to opt out of sales/sharing is not applicable.
